Core Problem
The logistics industry has long operated like a complex puzzle with pieces that don't quite fit together. Freight forwarders, Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs), and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) all played crucial roles but operated in silos, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and frustrated stakeholders. Each player had their own systems, their own ways of working, and their own pain points.
Design Process + Strategy
We began with a clear and impactful vision: to create a unified platform that enables all logistics participants to communicate seamlessly. Rather than developing distinct solutions for each stakeholder, we prioritized understanding the interconnections among these players and identifying the primary friction points they faced.
